Are you a healthcare consultant, billing specialist, Regional Center coordinator, or someone who works with multiple home care or disability services agencies? Earn ongoing revenue for every agency you bring to TimeGrid.

What you earn 10% of their monthly subscription

For 12 months per referred agency. Paid monthly after each agency's billing cycle closes.

Example: A 20-caregiver agency pays $359/mo at standard rate. You earn $35.90/mo for 12 months. $430.80 per referral.

How we track referrals

You introduce us

Send us the agency name and owner contact via the form below or by emailing hello@timegridworkforce.com before we have any contact with them.

We demo and onboard

We give them a demo, configure their account, and get them live. You can stay as involved or hands-off as you like.

You get paid

Agency referral: your next invoice is free after their first billing cycle. Partner referral: you receive 10% of their monthly bill every month for 12 months.

Common questions

When does my referral reward start?

After the referred agency completes their first full billing cycle. We confirm go-live and payment before issuing your reward.

Is there a limit on how many agencies I can refer?

No limit. Every successful referral earns a reward.

What counts as a successful referral?

The agency must go live on TimeGrid and complete their first billing cycle. A referral that does not convert does not earn a reward.

How do I get paid as a partner?

We pay monthly on the 1st via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. You choose your preferred method when you register as a partner.

What if the agency I referred cancels before 12 months?

Your payments stop when the agency stops paying. You earn for as long as they are an active subscriber.

Do I need to sign anything?

Agency referrals require no paperwork. Partner referrals require a one-page partner agreement we send after you register.

Can I refer an agency I work with as a consultant?

Yes. Partners can refer any agency they have a professional relationship with as long as we have had no prior contact with that agency.

What is the difference between the agency program and the partner program?

Agency referral is for existing TimeGrid customers who refer one or two colleagues and earn a free month. Partner referral is for professionals who regularly work with multiple agencies and want ongoing monthly earnings.
